Joining Hands with Children, Building Future Together Chery supports children causes around the world

Chery and UNICEF announce a new two-year partnership worth $6 million in support of children’s education.
· Chery has organized more than 120 charity activities in nearly 30 countries around the world.

“We very much appreciate Chery's support for UNICEF’s education programmes,” UNICEF Representative to China Amakobe Sande said. “This will help us provide quality education for some of the most vulnerable and marginalized children in China and around the world. It will also support countries to strengthen their education systems, to better serve children and communities.”

At the recently concluded Chery International User Summit, Chery and UNICEF announced a new two-year partnership worth $6 million to support of its global education programme and country led education programmes in China, Mexico, South Africa and Turkye. In addition to actively supporting UNICEF projects, Chery also actively pays attention to other aspects of the growth of children and adolescents.
Through long-term investment and efforts, it has become a core brand of Chery's public welfare. For example, in China, Chery has established the "21st Century Oriental Son Scholarship" for maringalised students, jointly built the "Xinqijun Hope Primary School" with Chery car owners, and organized the "Chery Motorcade" for students who taking high school and college entrance examination.
Overseas, in addition to a 5-year collaboration with the UC team in Chile, Chery also sponsors youth football schools to bring the joy of football to more children. In 2016, when Ecuador experienced a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake, Chery not only donated materials to the disaster-stricken areas but also collaborated with local government child rescue agencies to help disaster-affected children return to the classroom. Chery joined hands with 36 media outlets to care for maringalised children in South Africa, donated to children with skeletal diseases in Kazakhstan, visited children, and delivered care to children in hospitals in Iraq.

The global public welfare for children and adolescents is a big issue. In recent years, Chery Holdings Group has donated more than 120 million yuan in funds and materials in various emergency rescue and disaster relief. 
Chery's continuous growth in overseas markets is inseparable from its active practice of company social responsibility over the years, so its brand reputation continues to rise.
