With a new man at the helm, Chery Auto Philippines has begun a new era of change. During the launch of its all-new Chery Tiggo 5x Pro and new Tiggo 7 Pro Hybrid vehicles at the City of Dreams Manila in Parañaque City, industry veteran Froilan Dytianquin was introduced as the new managing director.
The affair was graced by UAAGI chairman Rommel Sytin and his family, Minister Counsellor Yang Guoliang of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, and Chery International Country Director Zhang Yang as well as dealer principals and special guests from the banking sector and media.
Dytianquin will be leading a relentless pursuit to keep their customers at the core of everything they do. And get a bigger share of the market.
“We shall introduce vehicles which have cutting-edge technology while maintaining an affordable price point, developing and introducing new energy vehicles, shaping the future of Chery mobility,” he said.
After hitting 300 units in May, they intend to keep increasing the volume turnover in the coming months and reach a sales output to 1,000 units per month.
Dytianquin also bared that their vision is to further boost the growth of Chery by opening more dealerships across the country from its current 23 dealerships nationwide.
“Tonight is not just a product launch celebration but a relaunch of our brand.”
