United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), the official distributor of Chery vehicles in the Philippines wants to make the aftersales experience of Chery owners easier and safer with their new Chery EC Mobile Service Program. This will help those who live far from Chery dealerships and customers who wish to stay at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This new program allows authorized mechanics to provide quality service to their growing number of customers using specialized Chery tools and genuine parts.
“In this time of distancing when staying home is the safest course of action, we want to make it easier and safer for our customers to have their Chery vehicles serviced,” said UAAGI president Rommel Sytin. “This is why we have embarked on a project to bring us closer to our customers with our new Chery EC Mobile Service.”
The Chery EC Mobile Program employs the use of a Foton Gratour MPV fitted with a customized body that accommodates a service office with essential tools needed to perform a Preventive Maintenance Service and other minor and major mechanical and electrical repairs and servicing. It is also equipped with equipment that can be used for diagnosis of vehicles.
Chery was reintroduced in the country last year with four crossover models, the Tiggo 2, Tiggo 5X, Tiggo 7, and Tiggo 8. All these models come with an industry-leading 10-year 1-million kilometer powertrain warranty, 5-year general warranty, and free preventive maintenance servicing for 3 years.
