United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI) has boosted its sales and after-sales capabilities as it launches its “Talk to a Pro” feature that presents offers and services via Zoom meeting — making the presentation available via website and mobile phone app.
The official distributor of Chery vehicles in the Philippines said that the move is targeted to adapt to the new normal “by making the car-buying experience easier, safer, and more enjoyable for its customers.”
“Due to the fear of being exposed to the highly transmissible Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus, more and more people are adhering to the stricter protocols of staying and working from home. Unfortunately, it also limits people’s ability to confidently do what they want to do, like shopping for a new car,” UAAGI and Chery Auto Philippines President Rommel Sytin was quoted as saying.
“Our ‘Talk to a Pro’ Zoom Meet feature allows a prospective buyer to engage a real live sales professional in real-time from the comfort of his or her home. It’s almost like the customer is inside our showroom,” he added.
With the aforementioned program, Chery customers need to sign up for the online virtual appointment form, schedule a meeting, wait for the Zoom link, and attend the meeting with Chery’s Professional Sales Executives. During the online meeting, clients may ask questions and raise concerns such as product features, after-sales inquiries, and financing options directly to the sales professional to receive answers immediately.
Here are the three steps to set up a “Talk to a Pro” Zoom meeting:
- Go to https://cheryauto.ph/online-presentation/
- Book Zoom Presentation Appointment by filling up the form (choose the Tiggo model, dealership, sales executive, and preferred time and date)
- Wait for the Zoom meeting link and Talk to a Pro.
Currently, the following Chery dealerships are offering the new service:

- Chery North EDSA,
- Chery Quezon Avenue,
- Chery Marilao,
- Chery Bacoor,
- Chery Cebu, and
- Chery Cagayan de Oro.
