This will keep the customers from worrying about the authenticity and availability of the parts in its total ownership experience, whether within the warranty or post-warranty period.
The unique selling points of the EC Genuine Parts program are: first, the accessibility of getting in touch with a representative and having parts inquiries answered via call or SMS. Second is the accuracy of finding the right parts with varied and extensive search options, and lastly, the ease of having the parts claimed at the nearest or most convenient Chery dealership for the customer.
For Chery Auto owners who are more techie, they can also inquire and order spare parts through the official Chery Auto PH app. The new app is available for download on the Google Play Store for Android smartphones, with an iOS version for iPhones to follow soon.
The app is also a rewards program where users earn points for using the app to purchase a vehicle, refer a friend, and/or schedule a service.
